The Human Resources Assistant aids the Human Resource Manager by facilitating HR processes, communicating with employees, and representing the organization in all staff matters. The HR Assistant is responsible for completing administrative paperwork regarding new hires, termination, benefits, and other workplace programs. The HR Assistant will also advise department managers on personnel-related issues.

This is a full- or part-time position that requires the raising of financial support (missionary) or the capacity to be self-funded (volunteer). Applicant must be able to sign the SonSet Solutions Statement of Faith. Please contact us for a complete job description.
