What does it really mean to “go and make disciples of all nations,” as Jesus commanded his disciples in the Great Commission? Is it just an emotional altar call at a church service or a single powerful sermon on the radio?
Discipleship involves more than that. It’s a continual investment in people as they learn to become more like Christ.
Radio Suara Tabi Jayapura (Tabi FM) in Indonesia understands this well, and it’s a clear focus in their outreach. Many in their listening audience are what they call “unclear Christians,” believers who wrestle with things like adultery, alcohol, drugs, a lack of desire for God’s word, laziness in prayer, or disinterest in church.
Tabi FM aims to broadcast the truth of God’s Word to these Christians, as well as non-Christians, so that the Holy Spirit can set them free from these life-controlling issues and show them the abundant life available to them in a vibrant mature relationship with God.

One man shared about how Tabi FM blessed him. He struggled with alcohol and marijuana use and did not like to worship.
