Micah Miller is currently completing his junior year studying mechanical engineering at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. In addition to course work, Micah works in a materials testing lab at UCF and volunteers as a FIRST robotics mentor. He is also involved with Cru, an inter-denominational campus ministry with the mission of reaching students for Christ. Last summer he served on a mission trip in Gatlinburg, TN helping to share the gospel with international students coming to the United States to work over the summer. Micah wants to serve as a summer intern with SonSet Solutions to unify technical and ministry work in a way that reaches people with the gospel around the world. This internship will give him the opportunity to gain both on-the-job spiritual and professional growth, while helping to build God's kingdom.
Micah says that, "While in college, I've grown greatly in my relationship with God through the faithfulness of people around me investing in my life. I have also had the opportunity to pour into other students' lives through my involvement with campus ministry. God has really put sharing the good news of the gospel on my heart. At the same time, I've grown both in ability and love for engineering. I had no idea that there was a way (and such a need) to combine both of these passions in a way that grows God's kingdom until I learned about SonSet Solutions. At SonSet Solutions they are all about solving technical problems to help advance the gospel worldwide. What better way to use the talents God has given me to serve him!"
