Discover Electrical Engineering
Use your electrical engineering skills to power the gospel. At SonSet Solutions in Elkhart, Indiana, we use technology to support ministries worldwide—and you can be part of that mission. For a year, you’ll help develop innovative hardware and software systems that support clean water, sustainable power, radio broadcasting, and remote monitoring. You’ll gain hands-on experience while serving alongside engineers, missionaries, and volunteers dedicated to advancing the gospel.
What You’ll Do
- Research and prototyping of mission-critical hardware systems
- Electrical or embedded systems design
- Circuit and PCB design, testing and fabrication
- Testing and support for field-deployed equipment
- Gain hands-on experience in global ministry projects
- Grow in independence, vocational clarity, and readiness for long-term missionary service
Who You Are
- A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for missions
- A recent college graduate or early-career professional
- Open to growth in spiritual maturity, professional skills, and cross-cultural awareness
- Committed to one full year of service in Elkhart, Indiana, with travel as needed
