Who You Are
- Called to serve in missions
- Knowledgeable in employment law and HR practices
- Discreet, empathetic, and skilled in conflict resolution
- Committed to collaboration, integrity, and organizational excellence
- HR certification (PHR or SHRM) preferred
How You Will Serve
- Manage personnel records, reviews, and policy compliance
- Resolve staff issues with wisdom and care
- Lead training, Member Care, and staff events
- Support recruitment efforts alongside Mobilization team
- Collaborate with leadership on salaries and benefits
