Leon is an engineer with years of experience working at radio and television stations and in the defense industry as a telecommunications engineer. He has degrees in Bible, broadcast engineering, communications sciences, and I.T. networking, and a doctorate in Telecommunications Engineering. Leon taught Computer Science and Engineering Physics for fifteen years at Taylor University.
Anne grew up as a daughter of missionary parents in West Africa. She earned a degree in Elementary Education and taught kindergarten and first grade in several Christian schools. Leon and Anne have two grown children who are married, and several grandchildren whom they love to spoil.
The Amstutz family previously served as missionaries with “Radio Lumiere” in Haiti, and Leon has continued to provide support as a volunteer consultant for over 35 years. He now supports other broadcast ministry radio stations and also serves on the Power Solutions Team to provide electrical power consulting to other ministries who partner with SonSet Solutions.
