Mechanical Engineer

Who You Are
- Called to serve in missions
- Skilled in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks)
- Familiar Design Thinking (preferred) and basic electronics
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams with a service mindset
- Strong in verbal and written communication
How You Will Serve
- Design and develop mechanical solutions for field use
- Analyze system requirements and propose viable solutions
- Build and test prototypes, validating performance
- Collaborate on system integration and product optimization
- Support production team with design revisions
- Mentor interns and contribute to student initiatives
- Available for occasional travel to support ministry partners
