Internships

Serve, grow and explore God's calling.

Come and serve with us as we help ministries overcome barriers to the gospel all around the world. As an intern at SonSet Solutions, you’ll serve alongside our team, grow through one-on-one mentoring, and gain hands-on experience as you explore how God can use your skills for His mission.

What does it look like?

Your internship experience is designed to help you grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as you serve in a real-world ministry context.

Living + Stipend
Internships are unpaid, but you will raise support to provide a stipend and cover living with one of our staff families, so that your full cost of living for the summer is covered.

Mentoring
We want you to grow to be more like Jesus, so one of our staff will disciple you one-on-one to help you grow and discern whether God may be calling you into long-term ministry.

Practical Experience
Join our team on real ministry projects, developing your skills as you help solve real-world challenges for the ministries we partner with all over the world.

Community
You'll spend the summer alongside a Christ-centered team, building friendships, learning from others, and experiencing what it looks like to serve together in ministry.

The Journey

1. Explore

Explore whether God might be leading you to intern with us. As we prayerfully walk through conversations and the application process, we’ll discern together how your gifts and interests might fit here.

2. Prepare

Get ready to serve with us. After you accept an offer, we’ll coach you through how to practically and biblically raise support and clarify how your gifts will fit with our current ministry projects so you can hit the ground running.

3. Serve

Serve with us to provide solutions that help ministries around the world. As you gain hands-on experience and spiritual mentoring, we create space to discern whether God is calling you to long-term ministry here.
