You'll receive a salary based on your family status, intentionally set to provide well for your needs — funded through support raising — so you can focus fully on long-term ministry.

Support-Raising Compensation
While you raise support, we provide a small salary and health insurance to cover your living expenses during this season so you can focus fully on building your team of partners.

1. Explore
Start to get to know us and let us get to know you through prayerful conversations with our staff as we seek together to discern whether God might be calling you to long-term ministry with our team.
2. Apply
The formal application gives us a fuller picture of who you are — including references and questions about your theology, faith, and spiritual journey — as we seek God's direction together.
3. Visit
Come and meet our team in Elkhart! Spend time with our leaders and the staff you would work closely with as you get a real feel for who we are, what we do, and whether this is where God is calling you.
4. Commit
Our senior leadership will prayerfully review your application and extend an official offer for you to seek God over and accept as you prepare to invest your career in long-term ministry with us.
Prepare to Serve
6. Prepare
One of our coaches will work closely with you to provide hands-on support-raising training rooted in biblical principles and practical skills, so you are fully equipped to raise support well. The process is tailored to your schedule and needs, typically taking 4-6 hours per week over 3- 4 months.
7. Raise Support
Over the next 6 months you'll start your ministry as you meet face to face with over 100 people, personally inviting them to partner with you in the work God has called you to. We will help you along the way through a salary, health insurance, and weekly coaching to provide accountability and support.
8. Join the Team
With your support team in place, you'll relocate to Elkhart and join our team, using your skills and passions every day to help partner ministries around the world overcome barriers to the gospel. We will help you as you settle in and find your place on the team, investing your career in work that matters for eternity.
